Glen Hansard - One Irish Rover

I've been a massive fan of caricature from a young age. There are some mind blowing artists out there - Mort Drucker, Anthony Geoffroy, Russ Cook, Sebastian Kruger to name a few)... I've been keen to develop my caricature skills myself and try to develop a style along the way... That will come with time and practice!

The drawing is of Irish Songwriter Glen Hansard. An amazing talent. I've been a massive fan of his career and am so glad that he's had some decent exposure over the last few years (The Frames, Once - The movie, The Swell Season and as a solo artist recently).

I didn't go too crazy with the exagerated proportions for this one... I'll be keen to once i start getting the hang of it!
